Common Questions

What's included in a session?

Every session gives you access to a private sauna suite (seats 1–4), an individual cold plunge, our Caldera by Nordsprings community cold plunge (seats up to 10), and the community sauna. Private suites are booked for 60-minute windows. Individual cold plunges, community sauna, and community cold plunge are open-access during your visit.

Do punch card sessions expire?

Yes. The 10-session card is valid for 6 months from purchase, and the 5-session card is valid for 3 months. Unused sessions after expiration are forfeited.

Can I share my membership or punch card?

Memberships are individual and non-transferable. If you'd like to bring a guest, a day pass is the best option for them. Contact us if you have questions about group bookings.

How do I cancel a monthly membership?

Memberships can be managed and cancelled directly through the Westwood app — the same app you use to book sessions. Founding Members have a 6-month minimum commitment before cancellation is available.

Is the Founding Member rate really locked in?

The $135/mo rate applies for your first 6 months. After that, your membership automatically continues at the standard $175/mo Unlimited rate — no action needed on your part. You'll still have full unlimited access either way.
