Yes, all monthly memberships auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time. Punch cards are one-time purchases with a fixed expiration window and don't auto-renew.
Community sauna and cold plunge are shared spaces you access alongside other guests. Private Sauna Suites are reservation-only rooms for groups of 3–4, offering more privacy.
