Fort Worth's Only Traditional Dry Sauna
Real heat.
Real cold.
Six private sauna suites, a community dry sauna, and five cold plunge stations — four individual, one built for a crowd of 8–10. Nothing infrared, nothing simulated.
The Science
Why traditional
dry heat wins.
Infrared panels warm your skin. Steam rooms saturate the air. A traditional dry sauna heats the whole room — 160–200°F, low humidity — so your body works the way contrast therapy was designed for: real heat stress, followed by real cold. It's the original protocol, not a modern substitute.

6 Reservation-Only Suites
Want it just for you and your crew? Six private traditional dry sauna suites are available by reservation — the most private way to experience real dry heat, no sharing the room required.
4 Individual + 1 Community
Four private plunge units for a focused, no-wait reset, plus a community plunge built to hold 8–10 people at once — the only cold plunge of its scale in the area.
Traditional Dry, Built to Share
Real Finnish dry heat in a room built for around 15 — social without being crowded. Pair it with the community plunge next door for full contrast therapy, together.

Quick answers.
To our knowledge, Climate Change Studio is the only facility in the Dallas–Fort Worth area offering a true traditional Finnish dry sauna — as opposed to infrared or steam — paired directly with cold plunge access.
